I offer an online psychotherapy group, which meets on Tuesday mornings from 8:00am until 9:30am.

Group therapy is an great way to learn more about yourself and how you relate to other people, as well as how others relate to you. Often people gain confidence, are more able to speak up for themselves, and strengthen their sense of themselves.
